Registration

 

CAA2009 Conference participants may choose one of three Registration options—Full, Opt Out of Proceedings, or Single Day—at either the Professional or Student level.

Full Conference registration includes:

Registrants who do not wish to receive a copy of the printed proceedings may Opt Out of Proceedings for a slightly reduced registration fee, but will be entitled to all other benefits of the Full registration level.

Single Day registration only includes attendance at papers, round tables, workshops as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks on the specified day; a conference bag; and CAA Membership.

Companion registration includes attendance at both the opening and closing receptions; a complimentary ticket to Colonial Williamsburg valid for the length of the conference; and admittance to Historic Jamestowne.

The early registration period runs through February 9 and the registration rates will increase on February 10. In order to be eligible for the early registration rate, payment must be received by February 9. Those who register prior to February 9 but who do not submit payment will be required to pay the late registration fee.

On-site registration will be available at the conference, but participants are strongly encouraged to register prior to their arrival as events may fill up. Students must provide a photocopy of a valid student ID or a signed letter from their department chair or a school official on university letterhead indicating their student status in order to receive the discounted rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing either by email or post by February 28, 2009 to be eligible for a partial refund. For cancellation notifications received by the end of February, registrants will receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee ($35 for students). After March 1, no refunds can be given.
