Proceedings Submission Information

 

The proceedings will be published approximately one year after the meeting. All presenters will be invited to submit their papers for consideration to be included in the printed proceedings. The best papers will be chosen for the printed volume and all submitted papers will be posted on the conference website.

All papers must be posted to the conference's Conftool web site by June 6, 2009 to be considered. Here is how to upload your paper:

  1. 1. Log into your CAA 2009 Conftool account.
  2. 2. Click on "Your Submissions."
  3. 3. Click on "Upload Contribution."
  4. 4. On the "Upload File(s)" screen, upload your three files:
    • • 1st file must be your text in MS Word format (.doc or .docx)
    • • 2nd file must be your figures in zip format
    • • 3rd file must be your text and images properly laid out and saved as a PDF file
